Routine maintenance - We can ‘health check’ and clean your equipment to help prevent failures causes by overheating and poor housekeeping.

Manage your domain and workgroup - Adding and removing computers, users, folders, and email accounts.
Server monitoring - Scheduled service checks to monitor health of server. This includes disk space, memory/cpu usage, backups and Event Log errors.

If your home or business has a list of small annoying issues that can’t be fixed in an hour, then try our half day 4 hours onsite visit.
You email us a list of your issues so we can do some homework on the problems before we schedule a time to come.
These appointments are booked in advance so you only pay 50% of the full hourly rate.
